Vibrations and Frequencies
We first fell in love with Christie Marie Sheldon over 10 years ago. Her "Love or Above" motivational series gives instruction of how to raise one's vibrational energy (energetic frequency) to manifest your best life. It's a truly compelling concept (if you're into that sort of thing). You can see a YouTube video of what she's all about here. The rest is up to you. Most importantly, life is too short, so live your best life!
Her goal is to help us increase our level of vibration (frequency) — to levels at the upper end of the emotional scale — so as to promote health, happiness, abundance and even love ... or above. She utilizes guided meditation to achieve this. (Note the colors of the alignment of emotions as they pertain to chakras.)
While we all try to be the best person we know how to be, some of us are too easily swayed by negative outsiders. Outsiders, you ask? Yes. Those who are "outside of our heads." So, keep this next statement in mind — to keep your focus on a positive path. John C. Maxwell (a motivational leadership guru and author of over 90 books on the subject) said it best when he parlayed something said to him while he was learning ... "Leaders will get hurt. Here's what you need to know, 'Hurting people hurt people'."
That nugget will help you with your empathy for others, so you don't repeat their sin.
Such great advice! And, as importantly, remember to be kind to yourselves.
Crystals and Stones
So, an extension to Vibrations and Frequencies is the obvious Crystals and Stones. The 'obvious' connection may require a little more detail.
Stripped down to an absolute minimum description, Crystals and Stones are created by the intensity of Earth's vibrations. As well, the radioactivity of crystals and stone harvested from the earth goes to reinforce the "frequencies" of each stone. Added to this are the affinities of each stone and the healing properties for which they are known.
Some examples are:
• Rose Quartz, known as the "Heart Stone", is believed to promote emotional healing; attract and enhance love, restore trust, reduce stress, promote inner peace.
• Lapis Lazuli inspires higher thinking and creativity.
• Amethyst is ascribed to enhance creativity and passion, intuition and imagination.
• Green stones promote abundance of wealth. The citrine is called the "Merchant's Stone," and is used to attract wealth and success.
These are just a few. But, it is interesting to discover what affinities are associated with the various stones.
Also, we recognize there is an extension of thought from the theory behind Crystals and Stones to Tarot. However, as cards do not occur organically, as part of Father God's great natural Earth, we will step away from practices that are considered to be of the occult, or "dark side."
