Sample Treatment Plan

The Client complained of an upper respiratory infection with persistent cough and congestion of the chest and sinus. The therapies listed below were recommended to compliment the doctor's prescription plan.

Rub Clear Aire on the chest and over the lung and sinus meridians on the bottoms of the feet to loosen tight muscles and ease breathing.

Diffusion

Run a diffuser with Breathe Aide, nightly, for improved breathing and sleep quality. This blend was also used in the mornings in a steam inhalation to open clogged sinuses. A personal inhaler was used throughout the day to extend the benefits of this blend.

Activate/stimulate the thymus gland for the production of white blood cells to help fight the infection. Utilize Tapping therapy and roll the Heart Chakra roller over the position of the thymus gland (upper chest just behind the sternum/breast bone).

While taking a pill for headaches and fever (as prescribed by her doctor), she also used our Headache Roller for Sinus to ease headache symptoms not satisfied by the standard aspirin/acetaminophen.

Make a tea using peppermint and thyme (see recipe below) with lemon and honey to: boost  immunity, help break up mucous, reduce inflammation, and soothe an irritated throat. Plus,  so many more health benefits!

Using a neti pot or prepared device, flush nasal passages with seawater for optimum results. (These can be found over the counter at most drug stores).

Add a few seed pods of Star Anise to the coffee filter basket when brewing the morning coffee. The compounds in this herb have anti-bacterial, antiviral and antimicrobial properties. Additionally, it possesses expectorant properties to help alleviate coughs, relieve congestion, and ease symptoms associated with respiratory conditions.

Eat a few (3-4) immuno-supportive elderberry gummies throughout the day. These not only make a good snack, they support improved immunity levels. In fact, a few of these a day at the onset of cold or flu season could very well minimize symptoms, if not to have deterred them entirely as a preventive measure. However, after the fact, they do help our bodies build better resistance. See the recipe below.

Drinking lots of water is key (every day, whether sick or not) to keep our bodies hydrated and functioning properly. Adding a tincture of Echinacea and Goldenseal can help boost the immune system for quicker recovery,
